I was trying to merge data from MSExcel. While merging it can't get the correct formating of numeric data. for example a field containing numeric data like 125,000.00 while merging i get 125000 instead of 125,000.00. Can anyone help me out.

I'm trying to merge a mailing list to labels. When I merge it prints one name multiple times on first and second page then the next name on every label third and forth page. Word help has been no help.
