I am running XP HE SP2 with Word, Excel 2002 SP3.
I have numerous Word documents as main documents and 1 Excel file as the
data document.  All files are stored on an external HD.  
At work, I am on a large domain running XP PE with Word, Excel 2000 or XP

I am looking at the preview of my mail merge and can see that in the middle
of the set of hundreds of labels one field of data randomly changes to a 0.  
It does not match the data in the data source and it does not occur until the
19h label.  No formatting is different on this ...

I am using an HTML file with 257 columns as a data source
for the mail merge, but only the columns 1 to 255 show up.
