When mailmerging to labels, the labels print offline - outside the parameters
of the label - after about 2nd row of labels and for all remaining labels.  
All page layout, formatting & label sizes have been checked & are correct.

I've downloaded a excel .csv data file that's filled with data of about
180 people, it's used to make a directory.
When I select it as my data source so that I can merge it with my form
document, Word pops up with the "Record ### contained too few data

My data source for the merge is an Excel 2002 spreadsheet.

when there's 4 leading decimals in a number, mail merge is converting field
data to a scientific notation. how do you turn this off.

I get this message occasionally when merging certain Word documents.  It
seems to be on the same documents each time but occurs intermittently.
I have tried unlocking and deleting tmp files from directories.  Any other
ideas appreciated.

is non-intuitive, cumbersome, and frustrating.  I train Word, and helping

I have followed the method for obtaining labels for mass mailing but it
produces only one age of labels even where the original document had multiple
blank pages and there are sufficient data for 4 pages of labels.
I have not filtered any fields or records.
