When mailmerging to labels, the labels print offline - outside the parameters
of the label - after about 2nd row of labels and for all remaining labels.  
All page layout, formatting & label sizes have been checked & are correct.

I'm just numbering paragraphs with {listNum} in word xp
Here is what I have.
    {listnum}   This is Paragraph Number {MergeField "Something"} one and
will always show, not that that matters.

I am looking for the maximum number of records in a data source that can be
used in a Word Merge.
I need to produce 40,000 letters and need to know if Word can handle it.

I am using merge fields to do tour lists. I have two clients in each
reservation cell. When I want to make a list I have asked for both names to
appear on the list. The problem is when I have a file that only has one name

document, Word pops up with the "Record ### contained too few data

An appeal to a highly-knowledgeable MS Word 2002 guru:
I need to regularly create form letters to send to customers.
My data source for the merge is an Excel 2002 spreadsheet.
Within the data source, there are 51 referenced fields.

when there's 4 leading decimals in a number, mail merge is converting field
data to a scientific notation. how do you turn this off.

I get this message occasionally when merging certain Word documents.  It
seems to be on the same documents each time but occurs intermittently.

I have troubling problem with word merge section of an application I
have written in VB.Net.
Our client has discovered that certain documents fail during the Merge
with the following Error "Record 1 contained too many data fields". I

I have followed the method for obtaining labels for mass mailing but it
produces only one age of labels even where the original document had multiple
blank pages and there are sufficient data for 4 pages of labels.
I have not filtered any fields or records.
