and tried to do a Mail Merge to create mailing labels from a Microsoft Works
Database. I used the Wizard which seemed pretty easy and self-explanatory,

I want to merge data from excel into a single word table ie. the information
on each row in excel would be merged into its own row in word, without
section breaks (right now the merge results in each Excel record in its own
table on separate pages).  Help please!

I'm trying to merge address labels from an Excel list, but when I view
or merge the data I get records 1-16 on page 1, 2-17 on page 2, 3-18

I have a macro that searches through a document for MergeFields, storing the
fieldnames in an array.  I first switch on fieldcodes view, and view page
header/footer before searching - this seems to work fine.
My problem is that when textboxes have MergeFields in them, they are not

Is there a simple way  of copying a set of merge field conditions oout of a
mail merge document and then pasting the codes in a way someone can read the
code, rather than the results of the code?  It'd be really good for posting
code in a newsgroup.  It can be very tedious typing ...

We are manually merging a Word template with Text Data Source and it is
taking more than an hour to complete the merge.

When I do a mail merge for labels, only 1 sheet of labels shows up, even
though there are many more names.  Also, when I choose to do a mail merge for

I'm trying to apply the logic of IF MERGEFIELD A = A and IF MERGEFIELD B = B
DO this.  I haven't successfully been able to do this.  Does anyone have any
suggestions.  This is what I have gotten so far, but I can't seem to get the

I have 3 date fields in an access database.  Date1, Date2 and Date3.
It is possible that either 1, 2 or all 3 will have date data in them.  Date3
will not have data if Date2 is blank.
I want to have a mailmerge add different wording if ONLY Date1 has a date,
