During the merge, I would like to test (1) if a field is "Business" then type in Company name If it is not blank. I'm using the If..Then..Else to do this. Can someone supply the syntax for this using multiple IFs? Thanks!

I have 2000 lines in excel which is used to make a merge doc. In the mail merge document, I want to have a graphic associated with each record. How can I modify the merge to make in sort that the graphic will change for each excel line (simultaneous during the merge process).

I have an excel document which lists a group of file names and their paths. By using Word (merge) I want to creat a main merge document that, shen merged, will call the files in the excel document and merge them into a single document for printing of faxing.

I am trying to do a mail merge and faxing. This is a one page letter that I am sending to all my customers, when my merge is done I have 1 document with 150 pages. Each pages is a fax that I want to send to my customers. Each pages have the fax number.

I seem to successfully make labels using the Mail Wizard. When I want to preview the labels, I can only access the first page!! I have tried using data bases in Excel and in Word. Same thing...I can only see and/or correct the first page.
