Recent versions of Word have not supported the Spouse Name field in printing addresses from Outlook. This should be added back as an option. It was posible several versions back. I think that it is simple for Microsoft to add that field to the list that can be taken from Outlook ...

I have two problems in Word(/Outlook) 2003: * I need to include a pdf-file as an attachment to a mail merge. I have tried the 'Insert File as Link' command, but that only prints the binary into the Word document instead of attaching it to the mail.

Source is SQL 2000 database where there are blank address lines before the postcode. Is there a method of skipping blank lines resulting from blank fields in the Word document?

I am doing up a basic invoicing run from a excel spreadsheet and merging it with a word document. some clients might purchase more then once that month... how do i keep the merge happing until a new customer is selected from the spreadsheet.

I use a data source from our server. When i bring the data into my mail merge it uses the first row of data as the column names or header row. In word 2000 you could set up a separate file as the header row. Can you do this in word 2003?

My database has commas after each element, which is fine except that Word puts its own comma after the Town. This gives me two commas together. I am trying to avoid deleting hundreds of commas in order to fit in with Word's programming. Is this possible ?
