Recent versions of Word have not supported the Spouse Name field in printing
addresses from Outlook. This should be added back as an option. It was
posible several versions back. I think that it is simple for Microsoft to add
that field to the list that can be taken from Outlook ...

I have two problems in Word(/Outlook) 2003:
* I need to include a pdf-file as an attachment to a mail merge. I have
tried the 'Insert File as Link' command, but that only prints the binary into
the Word document instead of attaching it to the mail.

Source is SQL 2000 database where there are blank address lines before the
postcode.
Is there a method of skipping blank lines resulting from blank fields in the
Word document?

I am doing up a basic invoicing run from a excel spreadsheet and merging it

I use a data source from our server. When i bring the data into my mail merge
it uses the first row of data as the column names or header row. In word 2000
you could set up a separate file as the header row. Can you do this in word
2003?
