I need help, I have a document which needs to be merged duplex but there are two records on each A4 sheet.

i'm trying to print continuous labels (avery 4013 fanfold) on a dot matrix
printer, however when i use th pre-selected label format, the form shows 10
labels. Once i merge, only the first 10 of 30, labels print. Then the printer
advances a page of labels.  What am I missing??
