Alrighty, i'm trying to use Mail Merge to put some amounts from Excel into a
word document, but whenever i do this it does not show the decimal places
when they are .00 For what i'm doing its nessicary to have these decimal
places showing, does anyone have any suggestions for how ...

I am creating directory in Word 2003 by mailmerge using as the data source a
query in an Access database (prepared in Access 2003 but in 2000 format) .
When I attempt to browse to the data source I find that every table and query
is listed except the one I want.

I have a catalog type mail merge in Word 2000 that uses a table to display 11
rows of data on each page.  Three columns have amounts that are totaled for
the page, using =sum(xx:xx).  I cannot seem to get a grand total or even a

I am mailmerging in Word and trying to do so from a Contact folder in
Outlook.  This has been working for me but recently, when I click on "Choose

I am mailmerging using Word 2003 (part of Office 2003) and wish to use a
Contact Folder for the names and addresses.  However when I "Select for
Outlook Contacts" click on "Choose Contacts Folder" I receive a Microsoft

all of which are working.  However, I am having a problem
with my date field codes.    I have 2 instances of this
mergefield:  { TIME \@ "MMMM d, yyyy" } and 2 instances
