I'm using If fields and seem to be repeting the same steps. The typeacct is usually A but the COL changes, but I when they match i need to include the form abc. Is there a short cut to complete this task?? (does this make sense?)

I hope that this is the correct group. I have setup a template with 10 or so fill-in fields. Is there a way for users to go back to a field, when they want to make a change, or must they start entirely over?

I am importing address information from an Access query to a mail merge directory. The data is slightly variable in length and there are generally six records to a page. How do I force a new page when a record is going to be split between two pages?

In the old Word, there used to be an option that allowed me to get rid of blank fields. In Word XP (2002) I can't find the same option. How to get rid of blank fields? Appreciate your help with any useful information about this.
