I want to send a document as an attachment in word 2003. After I press
"Sent", nothing happens! I do not get any error message either. Any ideas?

I need to select individual data records from a data source for printing
labels. The filter is not appropriate for this e.g. selecting by name but not
alphabetically

original office 2000 access database linked to several 'master letters' in
word 2000 worked fine. now using acess 2003 and word 2003, copied original
database and word document. merge is working 99%, but, currency values in
database do not appear correctly in word doscument.

Am using a Dell PC with Windows XP, with Word 2002.  Am unable to use Word
Mail Merge Wizard with Avery Mini 2160 mailing labels.  Tried several days,
but the program for Mail Merge Wizard does not work, per MS 6-page
instructions in "Answer Box - Print mailing lbels in Word".   ...

Is there a way I can type fractions like 3/4 or 5/6 etc, in word witho
reducing the font size? Word automatically writes 1/4 and 1/2 but not other
fractions?

When I merge a phone number field into a word document the format disappears.
I want nnn-nnn-nnnn, as in my access database, but in the merged document it
becomes a string of 10 numbers. My field in access is a text data type with
the input mask set as !\(999")"000\-000;0;_

We are using Word 2003 with a Minolta CF-5001 color copier. The Fiery model
is an S300 50C-K v1.1.  The copier has tri-fold ability.  The problem we are
having is getting the copier to fold each individual letter in a merge.

I need to do a mail merge to deliver an e-mail to our personnel.
Problem is the variable data for the letter is in a excel worksheet it shows
the 3 columns as:
[old salary scale]  [new salary scale] [ staff number}

When I complete a mail merge, each merge letter is indicated as page 1 of 1.  
When I issue a print command, only the current record is printed.
I want to print all the records I have merged.
How is this done?
