I have created several documents that have mail merge.  They are all using
address books from Outlook in the public folders that are on the server.

I am able to get Word 2000 to include pictures in labels in a merge by using

I'm trying to merge some currency field into a document.

I have created a mail merge from Outlook into Word and have setup the fields
properly. I can view one record set at a time. I can scroll through them with
the "Next Record" bottom but of course I want to view all the records
