Not sure if this went out the first time, so I'm sending again. How can I print out a hard copy of my mail merge recipients with all fields shown? Kinda like a excel sheet.

Why does the date format change from "English" to "American" when I conduct a mail merge from an Access or Excel database to a word document. My computer settings all show the time format as "English".

I live in Japan where addresses routinely run longer than five lines. In addition anything I send to the US usually requires more than five lines. When using Envelopes and Mailing tab, I can highlight as many lines as I like, but MS only prints out the first 5.

I'm on Office 2000 with XP From http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/MissngMenusEtc.htm I tried the run winword.exe /a It fixed it, but after I closed and reopened Word, its missing again.

I am using a SQL Server View (combining fields from 3 tables) as the data source for a Mailmerge. If a field is defined as nvarchar in the SQL table it does not appear in the merged document, but if the definition is changed to varchar it merges correctly. Why is this?

(also posted in microsoft.public.word.mail) I have Office 2003 and am attempting to create Mailing labels from Outlook into Word. I created a view in Outlook with the Contacts I want, went through MailMerge in Outlook and get into Word.

Using word 2002, the OLE DB has problems initializing the MyODBC driver from MySQL. This works with Word 2000.
