I have entered many names & addresses into a mail merge database & would like to print out this list to compare to another hard copy I have on hand before merging. I can find no instructions that walk me through this print process & pressing ctl+p doesn't work.

We download our data that autopopulates into colums in an Excel Spreadsheet. We then take that spreadsheet and mail merge this datasource into a Word document. In Excel, one of the fields is adding extra spaces in the spreadsheet and those spaces are merging into the letter.

I have an 80-page mail merge for letters that are between 1 and 3 pages in length. When I got to print this entire document, I get a blank page between "sections". How do I print just the letters, without all the blank pages in between?

I'm trying to create mailing labels using Word 2003 and Outlook 2003. "Category" is not an option by which to sort recipients. I could categorize "friends", "relatives", etc. in the Company field, but that is not acceptable and eliminates the company information.
