I keep getting the error messagewhen I use Word envelope address book "you
must log onto microsoft exchange to access address book" I made the outlook
the default mail server but still no luck on getting it working.
Does anyone know what I should do to correct this??

Our company uses a large number of merge forms with our clients and in the
last 2 weeks the following issue as started to come up.  
An employee opens the mail merge, merges the data and selects File->Send To

working.  I set up the merge and ask the word to merge and the emails are not

I have an access database in which I store a bunch of science terms and
definitons.  Increasingly, I find that my definitions require symbols (ex:

In Word 2000, when you set up a mail merge, each time you opened it, it
automatically connected to the database.  In Word 2003, I get a message each
time I open the main doc, asking if I want to connect to the database - is
