Attempted mail merge.  Got this:  A required file, "SCHDMAPI.DLL".16 Jan 2005 00:33 GMT3

do export the contact list to Word from Outlook, I get the following prompt:

I have gone through all of the 6 steps for a mail merge mailing label and
cannot see my recipient names on the document.  I have all names selected in
the data source.  They don't show up in "preview your labels either.  I can't
get the info onto the label - Why?

I'm trying to do a simple merge from an Excel file in Word 2003 and it's
giving me headaches.  The problem is that I need to merge 5 different
records per page (5 customers per page with their address and so on).
So, my Word document looks like this:

IN WORD 2000, I could enter a "Fill IN". The effect was that when the
document was opened, WORD provided a fill-in-the-blank box, with a prompt
such as "Amount Paid" and a default answer such as $100.
When I OK'd it, word finished opening the document and put the amount

Office 2003 does not come with a template for the Avery 2181 file folder
label.  This label is on a half sheet (12 labels to a sheet) rather than a
full sheet, so that you can print fewer at a time.  Does anyone know where I
can get a template to use with Word?

that is a date. When I merge the document the date comes out in US style e.e

When I connect to the database the table name and queries are in the same

I make sets of labels every so often at work, with information from a data
source that changes each time I make the sets.
What I'd like to do is make 5 sets of labels using mail merge.
