Hi everyone - hope you can help or direct me to the pertinent training
documents.
I am merging multiple word documents with a MS access query to produce a
large electronic print file.  Because the print files are so large I limit

When I merge an excel document with a word document, the first column is
formatted as a text field.  When the documents are merged, the final document
converst the text to numeric and prints out a 0.

I'm trying to create a mail merge that will include a different picture for
each addressee.
The data source is an Excel xls that includes a column called XmasPic.  This
entries in this column are integers between 1 and 10.  I have a number of wmf
