The mail merge in word 2000 shows the icons on the toolbar but they are
dimmed and unavailable to use. How do I make the available?

How do I get a Word document created for printing shipping labels with all of
my contact information on?  I then want to print all of the information and
slap it on rolodex cards to make up for our business.
Also:  I would like to replace my information in my Dymo LabelWriter 330

I have and Access 2003 (saved as Access 2000 format) database using Word 2003

I have a mailmerge setup in order to merge Purchase Orders.
In Word 2000 the merge used to work fine....however now using 2003 when I go
and mailmerge, the datasource stays at the top of the document.

When creating a mail merge that will import data from an EXCEL spreadsheet,
the number formatting changes.  Trailing zeros, commas, and decimal points
vanish.  How can I maintain the formatting on the spreadsheet?

I am using the mail merge function to merge a large amount of data from an
Excel 2003 spreadsheet into a Word 2003 document.
It appears as though any Excel field which exceeds 255 characters gets cut
off at exactly the 255 character limit mark in the merging process.
