Is there a way that I can import existing distribution list of Outlook 2003 as recipient list of Word 2003? Seems that I can either to type a new list or select individual contact from Outlook, rather than the entire distribution list.

A coworker of mine is trying to have the "image" letterhead of a company switch based on a merge field that tells us which company the letter is for. Is there a way to imbed an appropriate image automatically when doing a mail merge based on one of the fields in the mail merge?
