I have a problem where when I mail merge an Excel 2003 file into Word 2003 I lose my post codes unless I have my second line feature a letter rather than a number. Some of my post codes are just numbers because some are in Nigeria etc..

When I am doing a mail merge, the comma in the address shows up before the city and the zip code doesn't show up at all. What can I do to fix it? I have tried putting apostrophes before the zero-starting zip codes. This is the format I get:

Hi it was working fine untill recently, when i merge a word document to be sent by e-mail, the hypertext in the documnet is lost. for ome reason it removes the link from the body.
