I have a problem where when I mail merge an Excel 2003 file into Word 2003 I
lose my post codes unless I have my second line feature a letter rather than
a number. Some of my post codes are just numbers because some are in Nigeria
etc..

I am trying to set up a mail merge in Word to pull from an Access Query.  
When I select the Access database as the data source, it only gives me the
tables within that database to choose from.  In Word 2000, there was a tables

Well, I have to set-up a document using mail merge and then redistribute it.
I'd like to redistribute a single file, so I decided to embed the excel sheet
used as data source in the same document. It seems it is not possible to
refer to this embedded sheet when creating the data ...

However, when saved, it's saved as Access mdb.  Can this be changed and how?

I'm using a SQL Database with a table Clients that has 1 ntext filed called
Memo.
When I prepare the SQL-query in MSQuery ( Using Office 2000 !! ), all is well.
I see that my field Memo is filled in correctly.

When I am doing a mail merge, the comma  in the address shows up before the
city and the zip code doesn't show up at all.  What can I do to fix it?  I
have tried putting apostrophes before the zero-starting zip codes.

Hi
it was working fine untill recently,
when i merge a word document to be sent by e-mail, the hypertext in the
documnet is lost.  for ome reason it removes the link from the body.
