monetary field does not print the correct number of decimals in the form

Here is my dilemma,
I have a graphic that must be present on every page.
I have a Merge Field that must precede the graphic image, but must only show

   I have an aplication where I use Automation of Word Mail Merge from SQL
Server, my problem is that the query I use to filter the data from a data
view of the database in SQL Server is longer than 255 characters so I can?t
use the method MailMerge.OpenDataSource.

Trying to get barcodes on a mail merge with 200+ pieces.  The barcodes are
the same on every piece.  I use the helper with Word 2000 and have also used
the suggestions here and in KB Article 212221.  Following the instrucitions
in the KB article results in "Zip Code not valid!" ...

I am experiencing the exact same situation as Richard originally wrote on
2/4/05. When merging zip codes,  leading zero is dropped on 5 digit zip code;
10 digit with leading zero works fine.
