I know how to insert a “non-breaking space” into a word/phrase in WORDTM to keep it from breaking (^s). However, if I’m doing an EXCELTM spreadsheet that is a merge list, how do I designate that I want a date that is being inserted not to break?

I have to export some data from a software in mail merge. My field are more than 254, so i am searching one format that allow to export up to 500 fields. I try DBF, XLS, Table in Word, Table in HTML, but all have a limitation.

I have Word 2003, as we just migrated to WinXP. I have a form letter with merge fields as a template. When I try to use the mail merge wizard and edit to add a new recipient and save the letter, it looks ok. If I then close the letter after I've "saved as" and look at it again ...

I am trying to make coupons with unique numbers - I made a mail merge and set up the title as the merge field and set up the merge data as 1-100. Now the merge is only occuring with every 3rd record. Please help!
