I am trying to email a mail merged document to 130 different contacts.  How
do I go about doing this?  I want to be sure that each contact only receives
their letter with their info in it and not the other contacts' info.  Please
help.

Hey guys!  I am having a lot of trouble with a simple mail merge in Word.  My
problem is . . .when I look at the word document, all of my records from my
data source are visible, but when I print, it prints an entire page of just
the first record.  Can anyone help me?

mail merge in Word isnt collecting all records from Outlook. If I select 10
records it will merge only 2. If I select 2 Records it will merge only 1
record.

In the Word 2003 Letter Wizard you can choose a page design (template) on the
Letter Format tab and enter other data on the Recipient Info, Other Elements
and Sender Info tabs if need be.

I'm using Office 2003 and have, what I hope to be, a simple question.
My data is in an Excel file.  I have a list of ssn numbers with a "special"
format selected to display them correctly. i.e. 123456789 is displayed as
123-45-6789.
