I am trying to email a mail merged document to 130 different contacts. How do I go about doing this? I want to be sure that each contact only receives their letter with their info in it and not the other contacts' info. Please help.

Hey guys! I am having a lot of trouble with a simple mail merge in Word. My problem is . . .when I look at the word document, all of my records from my data source are visible, but when I print, it prints an entire page of just the first record. Can anyone help me?

mail merge in Word isnt collecting all records from Outlook. If I select 10 records it will merge only 2. If I select 2 Records it will merge only 1 record.

I want to merge something that needs to have two conditions before it is merged as one thing or the other. It is of the form If Mergefield1 >3 and Mergefield2 = "value" then say this, but if Mergefield1 <3 and Mergefield 2 = "value" say this.

I'm using Office 2003 and have, what I hope to be, a simple question. My data is in an Excel file. I have a list of ssn numbers with a "special" format selected to display them correctly. i.e. 123456789 is displayed as 123-45-6789.
