I have a long list of 'mail merge' in my Tools drop down list. I don't think I set it up and don't know how to turn it off.

I want to count the number of times I am sending out reminder notices. To do this I want to add 1 to a field in my db, called nosent, every time I print the mailmerged document, can anybody help.

Does mail merge support using the labels defined within Excel as the Header field? I would think that it does, but when I attach to the Excel file it doesn't automatically map, but instead shows me the first record and I have to then manually map it, i.e.:

I am trying to send an email using Word using OLE controls. I would like to duplicate File -> Send To -> Mail Recipient. Macros have not been helpful as I am not sure if Word is using an Outlook add-in to do the dirty work behind the scenes.

I have a receipt document created in MS Word that prints 5 per sheet, that is I have five receipts per document printed -- can I use this as a mail merge document where for each sheet printed I have five unique receipts -- much thanks beforehand for any assistance in this problem.

I have a user that has created a mail merge document using an excel spreadsheet as the data source. Until recently he has been using the document with no problems, unfortunately when he now opens the document it causes a number of issues.

When I hit merge it is not going to the database I have selected. When I use the same letter and database at home it does it correctly. I can't find the problem.

I am not sure this really a mailmerge issue, but here goes. I want to display a form that has a series of options to the user. In front of each option there will be a check box. So the end results looks like: CheckBox "Option 1: ........"
