I have a mailmerge main doc that contains bookmarks. When the doc is merge into the new doc, the bookmarks are gone. Can anyone tell me how to prevent the bookmarks from disappearing?

I am trying to merge an access table into a word template from Avery for 4 post cards per sheet. I also want to be able to print both sides of the post card at one time as my printer will do this. Every time I try I get confused by needing two pages to print front and back

I am quite a novice to mail merges. Perhaps this is very simple, and some kind soul can and will assist. I have about 680 names and addresses to create mailing labels for. The data lives in an Excel file. I open a Word doc and follow the instructions

Does anyone know if its possible to add a second data file to a mail merge to have part of the main body of a letter different for every address. I have set up a merge for the address but i need to also add extra information from the second file that is different for each address ...

This { MERGEFIELD "Data_Source" \# "$,0.00;($,0.00)" } will merge a number from an excel data source and format it as currency. This { Mergefield "Data_Source" \* CharFormat } I have been informed will make sure the data will be displayed in the correct font.
