I've just created my first mail merge document in Word 2003 but when I merge
and print, it prints one document perfectly (with all the data where it
should be) and one document with no data filled in at all. Never had this
problem with Word 97! Any suggestions?

I use the {NEXT} field in Word Mailmerge often to list multiple items.  The
problem is that I can not find a way for Word to determine that it should
stop merging when it runs out of records.  Any suggestions.

I need instructions on how to create a merge form, and the data form for a

Merge uses data from a rtf file. I need to be able to get code to
extract data from one of the fields in the rtf file, which contains
the path and file name to be used when saving the merge result. I do
not want to have to hard-code this which is the easy solution.
