I'm using Word 2002 on XP I have a list of people's names that get merged into a sinlge document. I then print out x many copies of the document have to manually go through the sheets and highlight each person's name so their copy has their name

Hello. I'm having trouble pulling contacts from Outlook into word. Here is the error message I am getting. Unable to obtain list of tables from the data source. I cannot seem to make this work. Can anyone help me?

Recently the Insert Word Field drop-down menu has changed on all our computers, 2000, XP and 2003. None will list mail merge fields (city, state, etc.), only bookmark fields. There are other options to get around this in XP and 2003, but I have yet to find any help for 2000. ...

I am trying to format a text box to come up in my mail merge letters only when certain conditions are met. I want the box to come up only if the date is greater than or equal to TODAY. However the date that comes form the data source comes out only in M/YYYY format. I tried:

I have an Avery label that is not currently listed on my mail merge label choices. Is there a way to add it to that list? I can download the template, but this does not help with mail merge.

I have a mail merge recipient list of over 90 names and addresses. But, when I merge the names and addresses, only the first 12 merge. There are no other name and addresses to be found. Where are they? Teambonna56

I use stamps.com and they have a feature that remembers the last label you used on a sheet. I am merging client info to avery 8163 labels and only do one or two at a time. I want to select which label I want to use next and cannot find the answer anywhere.

Mail merge is inserting "12:00:00 AM" where a field should be left blank. There is no data to merge into that field. The data that would be merged if the field were not blank is a date i.e. 1/30/04

To suppress blank lines in an address mail merge in Word2000 and Word97, you just tick a box in "Options" to "Suppress blank lines". I cant find this option in Word2003, and I havent got fieldnames to use the /f command. Does the check flag still exist in Word2003?
