My data is in an excel spread sheet. When I merge, if there is an entry in the last field of a record it is repeated written in the next record until a new entry is in that field.

What step have I overlooked? I'm using Word 2003 and Excel 2003. 1. Datasource: I have an Excel spreadsheet that has names, addresses and a lettercode: 1 is a new member; 2 is a renewing member.

I want to print a full page of 30 labels (Avery 5160) but have each label witha different name and address. When I go through the mail merge process, it just says "next record" in each box. I cannot get my addresses to appear.

Is there any way to use VBA to format date fields, bypassing the "\@" word switch. What I want to do is develop a date format that will take a standard date and convert it to its hebrew calander equivalent while merging a document.

I have updated and saved an original master form of recipient addresses. However, when I try to use that list on a document, for a mail merge,the updated information has not been reflected. It still reflects the old information.

I have many mailmerge letters set up to automatically enter today's date when they are merged with data from Access. However, I would really like the date printed to be the next day to allow for signing of the letters and then posting/mailing them on the following day.

Using Word/Excel 2002 SP3 I have a Word File which merges Excel data just fine. What I would like to do is modify the Word file to only accept the Excel data if {MERGEFIELD active} is not blank.
