Word 2003, SqlServer 2000 ... I am trying to print a bunch of labels (0.5" x
1.75") in a TrueType font.  One of the merge fields sometimes exceeds the
width of the label and wraps.  I would like to truncate it and replace the
characters with an ellipsis (...) to show something ...

I make a lot off mailmerge  in Excel and Word together ,with one letter
hundreds at de same time ,but I want to make a mailmerge with more than one
letter , example

Where can I find a template for avery 5162 address labels? I'm trying to
print several individual addresses for invitations to my parents' 25th
wedding anniversary, not a page of return addresses, and for some reason,
that's the only thing I can figure out how to do.  

I am trying to merge an excel file that has data imported from a text file.  
I have included a column with a function to "substitute" a "d" in a character
string to the "degree symbol."  This works fine in excel, but when I merge
the field into my Word form, it loses the symbol!  ...

time). The printer asks me to "load manual envelope" after each singel
envelope, this is EXTREMELY time consuming for a total of 1000 envelopes.

Just installed Word 2003 and neither Avery nor Maco labels print properly

mergefield, and if the result is positive, automatically run a macro?
