my data are in an XLS-file.
the zip-number (in Belgium just 4 digits, eg "2600") shows as "2600.0"
Ho do I get "2600".

I've created a document to merge data from an Excel spreadsheet.  I'd like to
"protect" the document so that users can tab from checkbox to checkbox to
mark them appropriately.  Is this possible

I have been trying to do mail merge for sending emails , in Word 2000. But I
cannot find the option of emails when I do merge.
Would appreciate help.

Can I mailmerge a Word document with more than one Excel spreadsheet?

I am using the "insert database" command with an SQL statement to grab a
specific row of data.  From that one row, I am inserting one specific
field, consisting only of text, into my Word document. I have also
incorporated the "mergeformat" switch to have the text I am pulling

I have the default fax program that comes with win xp pro installed. I have
created a fax transporter on my outlook 2003. I have no problem sending fax
via word 2003. However, i cannot activate the fax option on my mail merge...

I've created a merged document that will send 2 pages to about 100 people
but I want first page on headed and 2nd page on plain
How do I do this when document is 200 pages and so they need to alternate

Is there a way to limited the number of lines that a mail merge can use.
E.g. If I have a template letter with a logo at the bottom and a large main
body of text in the document, if the address is quite long then the text gets

I use mail merge daily and need to be able to set documents to "print blank
lines" so that if there is no information in a field, it drops down- leaving
