Mail merge option with multiple data source records in one letter.18 Apr 2005 14:25 GMT1
In older versions of Word it was possible to add a list of source fileds in
one letter instead of multiple; any idea how to do this in Word2003?

I am doing mail merge with a data source in excel, I have the address all in
one line (street name, town, city) and I have to put the address in three
lines in may word document.

I have mulitple records for the some clients in an Excel table that is being
referenced for a letter.  I would like to list inside each letter all the
records as they appear on the spreadsheet inside the letter for each

When performing step #3 "Select Recipients" during a Word 2003 Mail Merge, I
get "HP Authorized Customer" information as my data instead of the data from
my Excel 2003 info.  When I open the same file using excel, it opens and
displays correctly.

As most people here I've been doing merges for quite some time.  When I use
my existing Excel spreadsheet as the data source for my Word document it is
now converting all percentage numbers (i.e, 0.26% becomes 2.59999999901%).  
I'm really confused...any help out there??

mailmerged the format changes to 4/06 - This merges correctly using Windows
95.

Is it possible for mailmerge to use separate data sources (excel sheets)?
More specifically, I have one Word document and I have 3 data tables
existing in different sheets but still within one Excel file.
