In older versions of Word it was possible to add a list of source fileds in one letter instead of multiple; any idea how to do this in Word2003? Thanks

I am doing mail merge with a data source in excel, I have the address all in one line (street name, town, city) and I have to put the address in three lines in may word document. Does anyone can help?

When performing step #3 "Select Recipients" during a Word 2003 Mail Merge, I get "HP Authorized Customer" information as my data instead of the data from my Excel 2003 info. When I open the same file using excel, it opens and displays correctly.

I'm tired of having to wait forever when I open the tools menu to get to the bottom where the auto correct option is. Why are so many blessed mail merge options?! If you can help me get rid of the useless wonders, I would greatly appreciate it!

As most people here I've been doing merges for quite some time. When I use my existing Excel spreadsheet as the data source for my Word document it is now converting all percentage numbers (i.e, 0.26% becomes 2.59999999901%). I'm really confused...any help out there??
