I've created a template that will print a full sheet of identical labels using Mail Merge and a Query Option. This will allow me to print up to a full sheet of labels but I don't always need that many of a particular label. Can someone please tell how to print a varying

I'm doing a Mail Merge using an Excel Spreadsheet as the Data source. The spreadsheet contains English and Chinese Names and addresses. When Merged, the English displays correctly, the Chinese displays as '?????' The Chinese displays correctly in the Excel file.

I wish mail merge graphics in Word from Excel. The field name in Exel is Photos. Each cell has the full path to the picture file stored on C: I have made several attempts without success. Any assistance would be appreciated.

In some merges I just can't find my "Update all labels"-function. It's just not there. In some merges, it is. Can anyone tell why I can see it some times and some times not, in the mail merge helper on the right side? Office 2003. Thanks

I might be stupid - but I can't insert a merefield with CTRL + F9 (don't wanna use the menu). This is what i'm doing in a doc i press CTRL + F9 and 2 brackets apear in the brackets i write DATE ( and end up with { DATE } )
