My boss is looking for a list of the people i'm sending out letters to using the mail merge but I can't find a way of printing off the names/addresses etc only without the actual letter. anyone got any ideas?

I have created a form, using word, which I will e-mail to recipients. The recipient will fill in the blanks. What do I use to enable this process to take place, i.e. the form remains static, the blanks do not move. Thanks if you can help!

I am unable to get the password to persist in the mail merge using the Jet4 approach. I set it and say save password and then when I reload the data source the password is gone. Any ideas? thanks,
