I have created a Mail merge from data entered using MS Access, when my
currency field gets merged into Word it goes back to standard formating
without the £ sign and not to 2 Decimal places, is there a feature in MSWord
to keep the formatting or a code i can enter to maintain the ...

My boss is looking for a list of the people i'm sending out letters to using
the mail merge but I can't find a way of printing off the names/addresses etc
only without the actual letter. anyone got any ideas?

I have created a form, using word, which I will e-mail to recipients. The
recipient will fill in the blanks. What do I use to enable this process to
take place, i.e. the form remains static, the blanks do not move. Thanks if

I did a mail merge letter in word using a large excel file of business data
that included mailing addreesses. Now when I try to open the excel file of

My datasource comes from a SQL Server DataBase.
If the DB is on my pc, no pb to get the data
If the DB is on a remote server, I contact the server using it's IP address,
using the Data Connection Wizard.

I am unable to get the password to persist in the mail merge using the Jet4
approach.  I set it and say save password and then when I reload the data
source the password is gone.  Any ideas?
