I am doing a mail merge with a custom size envelope.   When I merge to print,
it will not print the delivery address in the correct area, nor will it print
the return address at all. Have been trying for hours.  Any suggestions?

Please provide a DETAILED example of how to prevent the 0 from disappearing
when using 5 digit zip codes. I extract data into an Excel spreadsheet that
holds hundreds of zips - and they don't want to merge ...

By using macro emailmergewithattachments I created a director that looks like
this
bbb@bbb.com   D:\mm.txt    D:\nn.txt
aaa@aaa.com   D:\mm.txt    D:\oo.txt

When merging Excel database onto labels in WORD file, I get the same address
on page 1 (10 labels) then the next address on pages 2, etc. I want a
different address per label.

including all notes per contact.  How do I do this?  I need the notes for
each contact to follow each contact address.

I'm trying to merge some data from an access 97 database which is input in
the usual date format (i.e. 31/05/2005), but when its merged with mail merge
(in office 2003), it shows on my merged document as 5/31/2005.

When I open a mail merge document, Word tells me something like "Opening
this document will run the following SQL command: SELECT * FROM 'Sheet3$'
...". It doesn't tell me the actual DataBase that it'l be using but hey -
