All, We need to use a form in which people have to fill out certain information. Both with a drop-down menu or not and fill-out. Help-menu in Word2000 is not helpful.

I am trying to format several mail merge fields with first caps but the switch does not take effect after I edit the field. Even though the "toggle fields" command shows the \*FirstCap switch, the field prints in all caps. My data source is an ACCESS table.
