We have created a mail merge letter with a text box. Within the text box are the top 3 reasons, 1,2,3. After mail merging the 866 names, we've found that the numbers are continuing - Page two has 4,5,6, etc.

I've been doing a lot of mail merges that require special tweaking with macros like taking a document and splitting & saving a document into separate files with the added difficult of having the filename come from fields within the document. I'm still working on that one.

I know I can create a Word table and open it as a data source for a mail merge. Is it possible in Word 2003 when you are creating a new list with Mailmergeto change the data source type from access to good old original word tables?

I merge data into Word from a 3rd party software. Word automatically formats it "Do Not Check Spelling or Grammer". The only solution I know of is is to select all the text, use Tools, Set Language, Language Tab and uncheck the "Do Not Check Spelling or Grammer" box. This is ...
