I am tring to create a macro or toggle a merge field to change a word to an
abbreviation.  Can you tell me how this is done?

Ive started to investigate the merging of date and time fields from Access97
to Word 97 and Im getting a strange result when I try to set up a field
Switch. Im sure the solution is simple.

I am creating a catalog of goods for sale, which is fine except I want a page
break for each different category of goods eg sporting goods on one page,
camping goods on the next, home and garden on the next etc. I can't find a

Working with XP Pro, and Outlook/Word 2003
Trying to do a Word Envelope merge for the Contacts in Outlook.   As I use
the Wizard I come to the part where I select Use Outlook Address Book, select
Contacts.  At that point, the wizard shows the field names from Outlook, but

I tried sending a FAX using Microsoft Word.  I used the wizard.  It tells me
it's ringing.  But my faxes never go through.  I get a message that it was
busy or couldn't go through.
I even tested it with a friend and their FAX did not ring.
