I am creating a mail merge document using data from an Access database as the source. The merge works fine but some records print twice on every letter that they are merged into. I viewed the code & can't find any reason for it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

im having problems with mail merge and access DB's. I want to connect to an access table to create mailing letters. It works fine apart from the fact that in the 'edit recipients' dialogue box, the fields are in a different order to how they are in the access table.

I am using MS Word 2003. I am using mail merge. I am trying to format a field with 2 decimal places and a "$" sign. The MS instructions say to "On the Data tab or the General tab in the Control Properties dialog box, click Format".
