so I've written a looping macro which merges each record separately and loops
according to the record count of the data source.  It worked fine when we

I am creating a mail merge document using data from an Access database as the
source.  The merge works fine but some records print twice on every letter
that they are merged into.  I viewed the code & can't find any reason for it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using Word 2000 and I'm trying to work out how to do a merge
whereby a table is printed dependant on a condition.  The pseudo-code
is:
  If (Mergefield(a) = "BACS") or (Mergefield(a) = "") then

im having problems with mail merge and access DB's.  I want to connect
to an access table to create mailing letters.  It works fine apart from
the fact that in the 'edit recipients' dialogue box, the fields are in
a different order to how they are in the access table.

I am working on what should be a relatively simple task of a mail merge to
create labels.  The trick is if the value of field "c" is = to EA, then I
would the first line to print with a blue background.  The if then statement
will not allow formatting so I am guess I will need to ...

Have been searching for a way to format time in a mail merge.
The data source comes from Access 2k.
It now displays 09:05:00AM, need it to display 9:05am.

I am using MS Word 2003.  I am using mail merge.
I am trying to format a field with 2 decimal places and a "$" sign.
The MS instructions say to "On the Data tab or the General tab in the
Control Properties dialog box, click Format".

One of my associates is using XP and Word 2003. She's using includetext to
bring the right version of a table into a form letter.  The data updates

When addressing an envolope in word (using the outloook contacts database) I
need to add "fields" (title, company, etc.) to the address that automatically
comes up. Any ideas?

I am trying to print out barcodes, to label warehoused boxes.  I have an
excel spreadsheet with one column, and a word document, which takes the
information from the excel spreadsheet.
When I merge the document, I can see the correct information on screen,

I am no longer able to move my inserted pictures or spread sheet in word
documents

I try to mail merge a Word document, from an Access database query,
containing an hyperlink field (file://)
I obtain in Word the adress of the field, what i wished would have been its
content.
