In Word Perfect 8.0 you can do 'Keyboard Merges' - does Word have this capability or a feature similar to this?

I can merge to a new document and data in from the if,then,else statement prints. If I merge to printer, the data from the if, then,else statement does not print.

I have a mailmerge with a memo field that seems to be truncated at about 255 characters when it merges. I actually think the Access query that sends the merge data to it is truncating the field. Has anyone any suggestions why this may be happening?
