I use Microsoft word to create "mailmege" documents, I would like to use mail merge in PDF documents I can convert a mail merge entered word document to PDF, and pdf documents to Word, no problem

In a mail merge, how do I set a conditional paragraph/page format with the left margin indented an additional inch if a field called "user group" = HF? All other values for this field would use the standard page margins. I am using Word 2002 with an Excel datasource.

KB224161 suggests a paragraph (cr/lf) after a mergefield cell will suppress blank lines. Doesn't seem to work in multi-column tables. Is it possible to suppress table rows if all the mergefields in the row are blank? tia,
