Doug was VERY helpful and provided me with a macro that would run from the
merged document and print each record as a separate job.  The problem I ran
into was that the template itself actually contains 3 sections per record. So

I have a database on Lotus and want to merge phone numbers. The phone numbers
in the database are 10 digits (XXXXXXXXXX) and I want to merge them so that

I have a five-page Word document which I need to email to 2,000 clients.  I
need to insert merge fields on each page. Can Word cope with 10,000 pages in
one document or should I merge in batches?

With Word 2000 when you opened a mail merge document, the data source file
(Excel) would open too and you could modify it and it would be available
immediately in the main document. With the Word 2003 you don't have acess to
the data source (Excel) when you open the main document ...

Trying to mail merge labels. When I attempt to attach my excel, MS database
or a spreadsheet I only get error messages. With the db, it tells me I have
to get rid of a formula (but this is only names and addresses and dues paid).
With xl I just get message that Work can't attach ...

I have an excel database with just one column which is 'e-mail addresses',
and when using ms word 2003 mail merge, it gets to the end and then says
locked fields, yet the excel database is not locked or protected.

I'm merging some Access data into Word documents (2003 versions of both
Access and Word).   I'm trying to use the CardText switch to spell out some
numbers for two different purposes.  
The first problem is with percentages that are not whole numbers.   I am
