I use MS Word mailmerge. I have created a template and a word "data sourse" with various fields so that at anytime I can produce a letter but with different information in specific fields.

Everytime I do a mail merge, I get duplicate addresses/labels. I follow all of the steps, however, each address is there more than once although there is only one unique address in the data source.
