I have an excel spreadsheet  listing people with a start date and end date.  
I am trying to create a mail merge with Word 2003 only showing the records
with an end date greater than or equal to today's date.

I am having problems ever since the SP3 update for word XP.  When doing mail
merge letters, after print is pressed all the text from the line appears in
the first space of the line creating some "interesting" looking prints.  Any
ideas how to fix this?

I used to be able tyo do this but I must have forgotten a step.  I created a
MailMerge document with a 3 col 1 row table.  I have inserted the correct
MailMerge fields in the correct cells.  When I MaailMerge all I get on one
page is the first record followed by a section break.  ...

Hi, Iv'e created a custom sized label on one of my users computer. Word 2000.
My goal was to export this setting to use on all the other computers, but I
can't figure out how to do this. So, how to make a Custom label global to all
other users?

I created a letter with multiple merge fields. On some of the letters Word is
filling in what should be blank fields with information from other records.
It is random and usually is pulling information from the last record to have
data in the field.

How large of a field can be merged in a mail merge document?  I am merging
from an Excel file and sometimes the amount of data is clipped off when
merged in the merged document.

Unable to print selected pages e.g. 1,3,6,9.......
The whole document will print fine all 30 plus pages but not single pages
eg. page 25 or current page

When I merge labels using a data source in Word 2003, the merged result is
only the first page of labels. So I'm missing many many more label pages.

How can I surpress the printing of zeros in a field that is blank in the data
source (in this cace, Excel)

I would like to merge data from a SQL database.  I run the code below in the
word document.  However, the form's fields, firstname, and lastname do not
update from <<FirstName>> to say Tom, once the "execute" line runs.  Am I
missing something to update the form's fields.

I am trying to put addresses in large font on envelopes. They are getting
cropped at the right and bottom. Is there a way to get word to print the
entire address?
I am using Word 2002.
