I am trying to create a document that brings a date from Access to Word.  
Problem is, I want all dates prior to a set date to register as one date and
all others to register as the date in the database.  I created the following

When I do a mail merge in Word 2003 with an Excel file, the merge happens,
yet whrn I try to print, a 98 person database becomes 98 pages of mailing
lables.  First sheet prints ok.  Second sheet drops first name from first
sheet, moves second name from first sheet to first name ...

When using text or excel documents for Mail Merge into Word.  I get a 0 for
any zip code that has the nine digit format.
Has anyone else had this problem and how can we fix it.  It only appears to
happen in XP and not 2003 but do not have licensing for 2003.

Only one label prints per page.  I did not find the instructions on how to
propagage the merge fields to the mailing labels in the website suggested by
Doug.
