I would like to run a mail merge, the data source is coming from an Access
database and I require only contact addresses that don't have email
addresses, I can't seem to find query criteria when mail merging. Any
suggestions?

I’m using MS Office XP 2003 in a Danish version. When I send a fax from Word
I use the FaxWizard. My problem is that this wizard only contains 4 pc.Danish
faxcoversheets to choose from.

I am tryign to mail merge in Word 2002 from Excel. I am using the wizard and
everything seems to be going great. Then when it says it is going to merge
the page labels are blank even though it says that it has merged.
What am I doing wrong???? I really need this soon if anyone ...

We use mailmerge to create contract files using one file, the contract, with
many addresses.
Now we want to have many contract files but only use one address.  So that
the same name or address appears on many contracts.  

I seem to recall in an earlier version (currently using XP 2002) there was
an option to omit emty fields.  Am I missing it somewhere in 2002, if not
can anyone help.

I am using a clear window envelope and want to send out a mass mailing and
only need to print the return address.  I don't see the clear window style
envelope in the envelope options list.

Getting this message when trying to merge a selected range of records from
within a large dataset. Can't find this mentioned in MS knowledgebase or on
any message boards -- any ideas? Could it be memory related? What to look for

How can I do this? Which dll do I have to use? the Word XP dll or the Word

When I had a document set up for word 2000 then switched to 2003, the way
2003 works is different than the way 2000 did. Any easy way arount inputting
with 2003?

Is there a way to see if any of my emails that were sent through the mail
merge were returned as undeliverable?

Word 2000 & 2003. We've got form fields with bookmark names, like Fee and
Expenses. Even a simple calc like =Gross-(Fee+Expenses+TotalDeductions)
