a Windows XP Pro workstation, using the shared fax in SBS2003.

Return and delivery for postcard is to the right.  Word only allows for
envelpes which is upper left and center.

I have four PC's at the high school offices. One of them will not display the
queries Window when I go to select a query I am using for a form letter.
This works on three machines, but not the fourth.

When I mail merge in Word 2003, my images show up as a black box.  I have
tried using jpg and tif images, but I can't seem to make the images come out
properly in the merged document.
