I want to compare a MERGEFIELD date that has been extracted from an Access database with a typed in value as part of an If...then...else statement. For example, if the Date_Paid field is less than 01/01/2005 I want to insert text to say that the person's membership has expired.

We are running XP Operating System, Word 2003, and Hummingbird DM 5. Each time I am moving through the Wizard steps in either Letters or Labels, Microsoft Word crashes. "Encountered an Error". Is this a known issue?

I have a Word mail merge issue with the Zip + 4. (Word 2003) I have tried several things but basically, if I have the Zip code in the Zip + 4 format, only a 0 prints out for the Zip code. (the 5 digit Zip code prints fine). Does anyone have a solution for this?

I can't search using "find a recipient" function. Comes up that the search item isn't there. But if I go into "edit recipient list" then use the "find" function there it can find the recipient and opens it. It works just seems weird. Anyone else had this? Thanks.
