I am trying to merge the "Job Title" field from a list of Outlook contacts.
When I go to edit the recipient list, "Job Title" doesn't appear a mergible
field (Title appears, but we use the Title field for prefixes like Mr., Dr.

I am trying to mail merge a form letter.  Every time I get to the part where
it asks to open the data source the box turn white and the program freezes.

created a document to do mail merge.  Deleted document but the empty document
is still listed as a document in word

I'm printing mail merged labels & some records have multiple address fields &
some only have 1 - how do a skip a blank field in a record.  I can't seem to
locate something like "do not print blank fields" or "skip to next field if

The default mailing label set in Word "envelopes & labels" is not the one I
want. I have to reset the label I want on each occasion which is very time
consuming.

I'm merging records from Excel into a Word template.  The template is a
modified label format that prints 10 cards per page.  During merging, every
eleventh record throughout the entire database has been skipped.
