Tangentially related to my previous inquiry "Very Challenging Project" -- I
was trying to execute an e-mail merge in Word using data from an Access
table. The e-mail addresses I want to send to are located in the table

I have Office 2002.  After successfully bringing in email addresses from an
Excel column and setting up the merge with the Wizard, I go to final step:
Merge to E-Mail.  Using HTML does absolutely nothing.  If I choose Plain

I am having a small problem with mailmerge in word.
I have an access database that has the following tables:
name, address, invoice, date
what I would like to have a serial letter that looks like this:
