Access 2003 is my data source. Postal codes are set up as text fields. Postal codes include U.S. and Canadian codes. Mail Merge in Word 2003 drops leading zeros. What can I do to fix this without editing individual addresses every mailing?

When merging from a data source where there is clearly more than one page of labels only one page appears. I have clicked on complete the merge and it is in a new document. I used mail merge with labels some time ago and this did not happen. Microsoft Word 2000.
