I have a .cvs file that is exported automatically from a system. This is then
merged using word to create a printed report . This is happening with no
problem.
How can I get word to look every few minutes to see if a now cvs file exist

I‘m trying to do a simple mail merge, to the list of recipients from excel
file. I have done mail merge several times in my previous work, but this time
it just does not work. After word is done with sending e-mails, my Outlook

Case: an excel file is currently in use as data source (mail merge with
a Word 2003 document).
Question: is it normal that the excel file can not be opened in excel

I would like to merge data from an Access database to a Word document

We are having problems mail merging data from access 2003 ro word 2003.  The
problem is that all of the merged data is fine except for those fields that
are a hyperlink (Email) and (Websites).  We need to be able to have all our

merges at 500 records an hour.  What can I do to speed the process?  More

I'm using Word XP to do a mail merge of a letter on my company letterhead.  
I'm using Contacts in Outlook as my data source.  When I merge to e-mail, I
lose my letterhead. . .the only thing that comes through is the text.
Any ideas?

With Word 2003 and catalogue merge I have a table (3 x 6) for each record in
the DB. How can I prevent having the information for a record from spanning
two pages?
